Sonam Kapoor Boyfriend Tries To Avoid Media

While her contemporaries usually make news for their link-ups, Sonam Kapoor is quite successful in hiding the matters of the heart from the media. The actress has always stated that she is single.

Sonam Kapoor did make news for her relationship with director Punit Malhotra, but post their breakup she was never linked with anyone until now. The mystery man in Sonam's life is learnt to be the Delhi-based entrepreneur and model, Sahir Beri.

The boy was also very much a part of Sonam Kapoor's birthday celebration on June 9 when she partied with her folks and friends in a popular club in Mumbai. It's being said that Sahir, who is allegedly dating Sonam, was seen hiding his face from the paparazzi when the couple was leaving Sonam's birthday party.

As per onlookers, Sahir got into a car with Karisma Kapoor. However, as soon as he saw the photogs, Sahir hid his face.

Recently, when the father-daughter duo of Sonam and Anil Kapoor came together for a tete-a-tete with filmmaker Karan Johar on his celebrity chat show "Koffee With Karan", Karan asked the "I Hate Luv Storys" actress - "Currently, apparently there is some boyfriend...is that not true?"

She retorted: "No boyfriends! I am very single."

Sonam Kapoor and Sahir Beri reportedly got to know each other through social networking media and it was Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor, who was instrumental in getting the two talking to each other. Apparently, Sahir was also present at the Le Mill-Farfetch party that Sonam co-hosted last year.
