I remember Just Mohabbat, I love how Star have added the classics dramas, I remember Kangan and Kora Kaagaz which actually was created by Asha Parekh. And Amanat (which was a drag at times)

I simply love Hum Paach, Hip Hip Hurray, Just Mohabbat, Shanti, Dekh Bhai Dekh and Mahabharat! 😳

90's TV shows were really the best! 😭

Pure nostalgia. 😭
Watched almost all the shows and loved Shaka Laka Boom Bomm, Shaktimaan, Hip Hip Hurray, Just Mohobbat, Family no 1. My fav was Small Wonder. Me and my sis loved that show so much that our tution teacher came after Small wonder time to teach us. 😆
And the Chandra Kanta theme song "Jal rahi hai chandra kanta". 😆

There was one more om namah shivay on DD and all of kids in my family started doing tandav seeing the starting credits. 😆

Dekh Bhai Dekh, oh, Dekh Bhai Dekh! 😃

Shekhar Suman's best role till date. 😆

Dekh Bhai Dekh , Vikram aur Betaal, Malgudi Days, Mahabharata etc were the best shows that Indian tv have seen till date.

Shoe-box budgets, less starry glamour but memorable performances with incredible & REAL storylines----

How I wish I could zoom back to being a little kid, watching all these great shows eating mangoes in the summer! ❤️

The 90s had the best shows!

Heart, soul & uber-talented perfomers who made their characters come ALIVE.

Saans- Neena Gupta. ❤️

Shaheen- A lovely coming of age story of a painfully young & delicately beautiful Muslim girl who gets married to a much older man but wishes to continue with her education.

Heena- Not a great story but Simone Singh made her character so endearing & believable. Not to mention how (beautifully) easy she is on the eyes. 😆 ❤️

Tu Tu Main Main- I had to watch every single day for Reema Lagoo & Supriya Pilgaonkar's hilarious & utterly cute arguments & tete a tete. 😆

Sarhadein- Another nice show that showed how Indians & Pakistaanis share the ame cultural values & prejudice.

I still remember the Alif Laila title song's tune. Oh and that silly dialogue Tutan futna...Paani ke Upar jitna, Paani ke neeche utna . 😆 Whatever that meant. 😆

Oh I also loved Yug badla badla Hindustan. Idk if anyone remembers that . And there was this Sitcom- Zabaan Sambhalke as well. The most hilarious series ever. Cracked me up every single time. 😆

Such quality, CLEAN humour. Esp in such Humshakal times. 😆
