As an Indian citizen I have every right to vote. If I go to polling booth to put my vote with my voters id and everything and the guy asks me who am I to vote for the government, do you think he is making sense? Its understood.

Apple and oranges man.. But I agree everyone has the right to pass judgments on celebs that's the price they pay for being a celeb!

Because there is a tendency to take it on a whole another level. Criticism is "cool" over here. If you bash you're very cool and your opinion is "superior" compared to others who are dismissed as blind fans regardless if they are fans or not.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but when critical ones start to question the validity of the other POV or start attacking the other side then people will ask questions.

Everyone has a right to share their opinion on an actor/actress or on a movie or pretty much on everything. But when that line is crossed and suddenly all the view points that differ from your viewpoint is attacked and statements about a person's validity is made then it becomes an issue. Some comments have really irked me in these past few days when I'm putting forth a personal opinion. No one has to agree with my opinion SIMILARLY to how I don't have to agree with someone else's opinion. But when I as a person is attacked and my credentials is targeted, that pisses me off.
