Death penalty.. not sure about that. As heinous as these rapes are.. there are many cruel women who might take advantage of new death penalty laws. We need compulsory self-defence classes for women.

You need defence classes but also something for criminals. Normal people don't rape and throw acid to hide the ID of bodies or hang them from trees. These are sadistic evil people.

A life sentence then for rapists

What they need to be doing is employing more police and placing them nationwide. A lot of these criminals are just getting away dogging the police and running a muck

Do you really think women will be able to protect themselves against gang rapes if they learn self defence? Hell even a guy won't be able to fight 4-5 other men alone.

Police cannot help. UP case has policemen also among rapists. Some of the worst and most ghastly rape cases are those done by policemen and even men in armed forces.

self defence is bekaar if 2 guys r front of one woman , de can easily overpower her , only strict law n fast track court is useful here , strict law will develop fear in dem
