Umm..the reports of him being replaced were there even before the release

And there's no point in talking about agar yeh hota toh yeh hota..because neither you nor I can be sure about what would have happened:)

It is pretty evident who the actual director of TZP was and who took away the credit. Aamir should be ashamed of himself.

See Bo status of Stanley and hawaaHawaii...thanks to aamir and his production house for supporting this script, so many people went on to see this wonderful film

I don't like Aamir. Bas!

The only movie where I liked him was Ghajini and that too, when he's normal.

He only shines because of strong script that he chooses. Otherwise, he's no good than others.

Having watched Stanley Ka Dabba I can surely say that my respect and admiration for Aamir has plummeted beyond belief. There is no question that both TZP and SKD come from the same director and Mr. Aamir Khan is definitely not this director. Even looking at the recent trailer of Hawaa Hawaai by Amol Gupte, it is really obvious that he is very good at making these very enlightening and endearing movies by keeping a child center stage. He is a master in his craft and it is very unfortunate that Aamir manipulated him and took credit for TZP which I am a 100% sure he does not deserve. Maybe Aamir can be credited for the over dramatization in TZP, something which SKD was devoid of.

It is downright disgusting to openly take credit for something you did not do and seriously, does Aamir not have a conscience - 6 days of directing a film that took months to make and Aamir claims he is the director? Are you kidding me? His perfectionism, his righteousness, his pseudo intellectualism - it all feels and looks so damn fake now. How ironic that he is a part of a show called "Satyamev Jayate" (Truth Alone Prevails) yet he is the one promoting the lies. This facade really irks me now.

I just hope Amol Gupte continues to make the wonderful films as he does because the simplicity and honesty with which he makes these films is just astounding. Also hope he gets the well deserved credit for them whilst I can't say much for Aamir expect that his hypocrisy amazes me and it is just disappointing... 👎🏼

she was asked about Aamir before Tzp release and she was praising him http://m.rediff.com/movies/2007/jun/14tisca.htm... And she attended all the awards for Tzp, and was also supporting Amole??! Anyways amole didn't say anything before release and that's enough for me.

I read her interview in Showtime magazine where she said she felt bad for Amole.

Even Anusha Rizvi, Peepli Live singers, Siddharta Basu did not speak earlier, so they are all lying?

Anyway TZP case is just odd. All had fallen out yet they were attending awards and film festival screenings.

^^Even amole attended most of the awards and festival screening nah?? On peepli live director, I don't know what was her problem. Her problem was that Aamir promoting the film himself was overshadowing her as a director. Common if Aamir PH didn't support the script and Aamir not promoting then film would been another good film being unnoticed and a flop.
