In all the nominations of this year... I feel Sonakshi should have won it for Lootera... she was flipping amazing in it.

I like Deepika but her performance in Ram Leela is too... overrated? She was better in YJHD and CE. The only people I found brilliant in RL was Supriya and to some extent Ranveer (I say this because I saw Lootera before RL).

2013 definitely was Deepika's year but Sonakshi in Lootera >>> Deepika in YJHD, CE, RL, IMO.

Anyways, challo it's all over now. 😊

Deepika would have won in any case as she did win all the awards for Best Actress-POPULAR .
From 2013 none of other female characters are popular with general audience. 😛 So no one is deserved better than her.

If it's critics award then it has to be Lunch Box heroine.

Sonakshi's character in Lootera is highly overrated on internet, no wonder it failed commercially.. If it has any chances it would have won National Award as NA are meant for de glamour roles like the kind Sonakshi did in Lootera, but Lootera failed in NA . Don't bring DP didn't win NA blah here as none of her 3 characters are non glamorous roles and they all are commercial roles. 😛

This year dp gave four completely different performances.
Sonakshi was OUTSTAMDING in lootera..I was rooting for her in critics and jury category ..I danced when she won zca that too from veer!!
Having said dat sona gave only one powerful performance n dp gave three. .yjhd n ce were fab in terms of her performances. .
if I were judging it'd be 50-50 still.
Sona should do more looter esque movies.
