Without bias it was good but not expectional!! Queen IMO was a better movie but I'm no critic so I won't rate I will let others who watch movies with a critical view, I watch them to enjoy !!

2.5, it wasn't bad but wasn't exceptional movie either. I was expecting a lot from Arjun but he wasn't that good. But alia surprised me. I thought her performance will be below average but she was quite good. Supporting cast was the best. Story wasn't amazing. I am a big fan of the novel but I didn't like the movie much in terms of story.

I was expecting a lot from the movie but it wasn't as good as I thought it will be but it's not horrible

either. It's one time watch

yeah i also feel that unlike its great 2 day business and unlike the reviews the film was not that great crisp full of life energy entertainment n briilliance that it was made out to be in most critics review...

agree with u on most things... yes aalia ia a good performer.. in highway she seemed like a naive girl but in this film she portrayed a strong headed sharp confident girl with finesse.. yes i too expected alot from it..and yes story was not anything great thinking it a chetan bhagat novel...i also rate it somewhere between 3 and 2.5

saraa, i think that unlike chetan other novel 3 idiots, the director of 2 states instead of making it a great cinema treated the movie as a routine bollywood flick using just the story of novel instead of making the viewers feel the soul of the novel through movie. hence it turnedout just another bollywood romcom instead of something special unlike our expectations.
