kumar sanu had a very limited vocal range he was even criticized for having a very limited range he can never be able to sing song like o duniya ke rakhwale by rafi sahab or Abhi mujh main kahin baqi thori se hai zindagi by Sonu Nigam

I would have said Sonu Nigam, who was my favourite till some time back but I've begun to despise all the harkatein he does to songs and the elongation that takes away from the quality. Udit keeps it simple and effective. Kumar Sanu is such an arse that it kinda seeps into my opinion of him as a singer. Even if I don't factor his bitter personality, I'd still say he was just a fad in the 90's when competition was scarce. I like some of his pop songs, the buck stops there.
