What would be the reason for the director and Surya taking KKK's name in vain. Who the F cares about KKK in Tamil Nadu. No one. Her PR must have shown some interest for tongues to start wagging.

I cant actually criticize her for this .

i dont know how others do it but i dont think it can be comfortable speaking the lines without even knowing proper meaning or pronunciation of them.

The thing is Kareena is a spontaneous actress. She doesn't rehearse much nor can she mug up all the lines,so I understand why she would not want to act in any other movies other than Hindi.

I love how she added I have no interest in Hollywood either. Probably only actress in Bollywood who isn't obsessed with working in Hollywood.

I don't have a problem with what she said about not wanting to act in a movie where she is not fluent in the language. I find that perfectly understandable.

However, I do have a slight problem with her dismissive attitude toward the rumor, the actor, and the director.

Kareena comes off as once again as her bragging self here.

But, the point she makes about acting in a language she understands and can speak is a valid one. National Awards aren't given to actors who don't dub for themselves in the performance. (Though some filmmakers and credit the actor when it's really a dubbing artist used.)

If you can't put in the work to understand the lines, learn the language enough to act in it, then better not to do it. Just my opinion.

I don't think Kareena was ever offered Pride and Prejudice. Never heard of that before.

I agree..she Shouldn't have said who is Suriya. That was so rude. She comes off as very insecure when she explains how many south films she was offered and had to reject. 😵

As far as I know she was offered one of the sister roles in BnP not the role Ash did. Also she was never offered Chokher Bali a Bengali film. Never heard of her being offered Raincoat either. Ghosh offered it to Ash after working with her in CB.
