Lol, that's so illogical of you 😆 Because Sridevi and Katrina, also Aish belongs from 2 different generations? 80s and early 90s, where Kat is of the 200s, so as Aishwarya. In the 80s-90s movies never used to make such big money as like now, means 100-200 cr. But Aish is very much from the generation where we have seen movies grossing big numbers.

But i'm here talking about BO 'SUCCESS', 'number' of 'HITS', and not Money/NUMBERS like 2-300 cr, as that'll be illogical to then compare Aish-Sri too 😆

So i'm talking about Sridevi maintaining her stardom gave mostly Hits/Superhits in her prime, but Aish in her prime just gave failures/disasters way more than Hits 😆

So in Superstardom/Starpower, Katrina is way ahead Aish, forget Sri who's way more ahead 😆

Therefore, Sridevi has more Hits than Flops in her entire career. While Aish had more Flops/Disasters than Hits in her entire career. SO now you can understand who's the superstar with superstardom/starpower and who's the BO/crowd puller!

I never thought she had "huge" star power. Without that, she cant really be back in the race, she doesn't have the star power to make any impact. And of course the audience's regressive thinking doesn't help her either. She may have done some powerful roles, but she herself has become irrelevant, and I think her movie will tank faster than the Titanic. Rani may have the talent, but she lacks everything else. Her and Preity are 100% done. Strange because Aishwarya was always considered beneath them, yet people would rather see Ash today than the so called "rani and preity"

If anyone has the ability or POWER to make an impact as a senior actress its Aishwarya and Kareena. They might not be as talented as Rani, and may come with a huge baggage of flops BUT BUT - People WANT to see them, they've both been the highest paid and have the biggest fan following, especially Ash. The way I see it is that if huge stars like Ash and Kareena cant make an impact, then no one can and if they cant be the catalyst of change, then I would say it will probably take another 10-15 years for audiences to change and accept more senior actresses; because if they cant do it, I really cant imagine or see anyone else doing it.

Other people might disagree with you but you bring up a very good point. I remember during Aish's days most people criticized her for just being pretty and not knowing how to act. I personally thought she was horrible and overrated. What I clearly remember is how crazy people were about her. During those days she was the biggest Bollywood actress. People think the best actress become the biggest star. That is not the case. An Aish comeback would create much more hype than a Rani comeback.

Star power is so important. I think Vidya is the finest actress we have at the moment but compared to the other top actresses of current times she has the least star power. The day she stops getting hired for main lead roles people will start forgetting her.
