I agree with Blue Ice that DDLJ is pretty much an average movie in terms of content..It did not have anything spectacular to talk about..But what I feel is that DDLJ is an Indian fairytale..Like Snow White,Like Ruphanzel,..about the girl who dreams of her Prince Charming ,and the Prince Charming indeed comes..which unfortunately does not happen much in reality..😆 ..This movie is very special in that way for me..😳

No I don't think DDJL was THAT great ! It was all so cliched for me

boy don't believe in love, boy and girl don't get along, then they fall in love and fight for their love...bla bla bla ! :-/

I watched it only 1 time.

See that's why everything in BW is so subjective...really differs from person to person...u couldn't watch MPK even once ...I have watched MPK more than 20 times😆

Duhh what kind of question is this?????? Every Movie of SRK Kajol is classic and will always be special. DDLJ was good but KKHT and K3 were the best of SRK Kajol. I hope we see SRK Kajol in a movie together. they were an epic couple

Debu...it was indeed a fairy talefairy tale😆 On a serious note ...I think the traditinal Indian values shown in the movie was what clicked with the Indian audience...raj and simian could have run away and got married...but the fact that raj refused that and stayed back to woo the whole family is what worked...because we Indians just don't marry the spouse...we marry the whole family...that was one of the main reasons...and that is why raj became such a lovable character for girls because here was a boy who would love not just her but her family...not to forget that the movie came some twenty years back...so it clicked more at that time...anyways whether I like it or not it is a classic without a doubt...
