Ram Leela equals Sameer Nandini?

Ram Leela may have had a totally different storyline but the essence of this SLB creation definitely reminds the audience or perhaps is a deja vu of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Some songs in terms of the way they were choreographed in Ram Leela resembled HDDCS and it seemed like Ranveer and Deepika were trying to match up the sizzling chemistry of Salman and Aishwariya...

but I cried during the end of HDDCS...and I got the same irritated feeling at the end of Saawariya but not to the point of crying...my feeling for RL was artificial.. So far I only cried during HDDCS and Black for Bhansali's movie.

both nandini and Sameer and ram and leela had sizzling chemistry, but the stories were different, and the films were definitely different when u watch them.

I think I get what you are trying to say - Bhansali was trying to create the same kind of feeling but for me Sameer and Nandini are like the ULTIMATE. Ram Leela, or basically any other movie after it comes no where near that.
Chand Chupa Badaal Main... like, you just can't top that. ❤️







If Bhansali was indeed trying to top that - then he was no where close. Ram Leela had good chemistry but I'd say Sameer Nandini are on a different level altogether if we must compare.

DeepuVeer did a phenonmenal job in da film 👏 but Sallu aish were something else yaar!!

Ram Leela in this case were more like the horny, emotionless, loveless , and boring version of Nandani and Sameer

Even though Ash and Salman had no sex scenes their chemistry was so powerful they didn't even need to do much to show it. Whereas Deepika and Ranveer, despite all the kissing and overdose of it, were quite bland.

Plus the character of Nandani was a lot better too. At least she had morals, she would have never ran away with her brothers murderer like Leela did ( I will never get that)
