Hrithik, Kat up for some Bang-Bang in Shimla
The state's pristine beauty is yet again all set to find
favor with the Hrithik - Katrina starrer film "Bang-Bang"
that started its official shooting on Saturday here in
Shimla.
Although the film crew had started setting its base in
Shimla since January 15, it later followed with its
rehearsals for the film that has some action scenes by
Hrithik Roshan.
Roshan had previously visited Shimla on January 26 for
a day for rehearsals and had flown back to Mumbai
taking a couple of days off from shooting to be present
for his elder son Hridhaan's sports day event.
Talking to Hindustan
Times line producer,
Shimla, Vishal Bahl
disclosed that Hrithik
Roshan is likely to
arrive in Shimla on
Sunday, while Katrina
Kaif is scheduled to
arrive on February 5.
The Hrithik-Katrina starrer film, under the banner of Fox
Star Studios (FSS) India, is being shot at Shimla and
Manali, he disclosed.
The film an upcoming project of FSS is a Bollywood
remake of Tom Cruise-Cameron Diaz starrer "Knight and
Day" and is scheduled for release sometime this year.
Ever since the crew of the film arrived last month the
unit had been busy settling down and conducting
rehearsals here and also has a duplicate of Roshan.
After completing the action sequences here on the Mall
Road and Middle Bazaar, area the crew will proceed to
Manali on February 12, he added.
Some song sequences are scheduled to be shot at
Manali, he informed.
