hindi its not my mother tongue i learned it all by myself thanx to films!!! i would say 7-8 out of 10

Wow...that is exciting. Urdu seems a beautiful language. But wait first..do kashmiri speaks urdu? Because its very elegant, and gentle, elaborate and beautiful. I've few kashmiri friends, and they speak wonderful. I always tell them not to converse in english.

I am tamil. I can read and write tamil but cant speak tamil that fluently. I cant read nor write hindi but i speak it extremely fluently. I speak other languages too. So i will give myself a 9.

P.s i am surprised how many non-indians can speak hindi.
