I can speak Urdu very fluently..considering Urdu and Hindi are very similar I'd say I can speak Hindi too..I may just miss out on some of those very shuddh Hindi words that aren't used when speaking Urdu but that's about it. So, I'd say a 9.

(hint: most of bollywood)

I remember girls in my class used to cringe if they saw anyone speaking in Punjabi. I was one of them but now I know better.😆

Anyhoo I will give myself 7 in Eng,Hindi and Punjabi. I have a word finding problem in all of them and I speak better than I write.

Ek parikhshan karne ke baad mujhe moh ho gaya is forum se.. kintu.. yahape atyant atyachar hai.. kuch manav apni bhasha ka duruproyog kar rahe hai. Agar Apni vivekbudhi ka prayog kare to na keval unke mann ko shnti milgei.. kintu poore forum ko aaram paryapt hoga. Kya apne vichar pe aap samarth ho jaoge.. kya doosre ka vichar paryampt nahi? Swayam vichar kariye

On a previous forum a guy with user name darinda made a match with me in sudh Hindi.. ohter members were 😕 😆 They didnt know wat we were talking abt. 😆

not indian but hindu

i learnt hindi at school

in speaking- 8/10

in writing-2/10😆

i can read hindi words but it take me lot of time.

i cannot really write,i make too many grammar and spelling mistakes😒

since its not my mother tongue, I'll like to think I m pretty good in it and all the credit goes to Bollywood 😆tho i make stupid mistakes on the gender use of words ,otherwise i m pretty comfortable speaking it...infact i love the language ..Urdu and hindi has to be the 2 most poetic languages in the world ..❤️ but i'll let others judge and rate me on it ...its not fair for me to scale me up in sth that i m no pro at 😛

Hmm... I'd say I'm in the 7-9 range.

I learned hindi from watching movies and talking to my relatives in India when I was older (13-ish). But I still end up getting some words mixed up. I end up lapsing into punjabi if I'm not careful LOL.
