In b/w Vidya & PC last year.. Vidya deserved the awards ..
PC was amazing in Barfii but it was the one woman show in Kahaani .

if there was one actress who made me cry,clap and made me root for her was sridevi
i was so disappointed with the awards last year !!
they gave huma for critics which was unfair when they had sri and pc

I can't believe I forgot about English Vinglish. That was such a great movie. And Sridevi was fantastic in that one too. I loved how she was so subtle and believable in her character's gradual transformation.

I support PC in this.

It's shocking that her performance was not even given a critics' award! Or any special award.

Award shows even invent categories at last moment for other stars. But PC was ignored.

Barfi was a very difficult role and it was no mean feat for a glamorous actress like PC to do justice to that role the way she did.

Award juries have their own favorites.

Agreed. This is so unlike PC. This is what I would imagine someone like Kareena would say.

Full respect to SriDevi for not saying a word and gracefully accepting defeat.. But I can tell for sure EV was more loved than Barfi or Kahaani. At least I did.
