Why he didn't say a word before release, that Amol knows best. But what I can think is, what if Aamir permanently stalled the film? Nothing is bigger than Aamir's ego. So if that means letting go of some success to tarnish your rival's career even before it is born, he can do it. This is just my opinion. Probably just to be on the safe side Amul never spoke much.

I don't see why YRF will do this. When JTHJ was releasing they didn't sideline Anushka just because she doesn't have a big role or because she was a much smaller star than SRK/Kat. YRF can't do this alone, there has to be some factor which made them to do it.
