Aamir knows D3 is Katrina's type of film rather tha his. Thats why reports that he wants to give his "inputs" to the editing team should worry Katrina. What's the use of all that hard work if the best bits are left out? She was already sidelined in the trailer.

Abhishekh himself is also faulty here. how can he do any crap he is given by YRF ?. didn't he read the script ? he must have known that he will not have any songs in the film, he infact won't have something lesser to do in D3 than that off D2... in D2 he got an equal amount of screenspace as HR, but un4tunately got overshadowed by him, thus the makers made it more obvious that during D3 his contribution will be shortened. More than YRF its Abhishekh who should be blamed, first of all why the hell you agree to do something which isn't worth of your dedication , and then this is sisy when you cry out after everything is on the verge of its release.

But looking at the promos or teasers, i can say that Abhishekh will have a bigger screen time than Katrina, all Katrina will do is probably jum high and some songs, and may be romance Aamir. Abhishekh will have much more to do i think so.

I feel bad for Abhishek. It must hurt him even more that his family is always trying to defend him or stick up for him.

Aamir does dominate marketing of his films. He decides when heroine will be unveiled, when rest of the cast will interact with media etc.
Maybe this is why he also prefers to work with likes of Sharman Joshi instead of star kids or big stars themselves.

Abhishek and Uday are in Mountain Dew ad and Aamir-Kat aren't in it. They are getting their share in D3 publicity though they are quite "absent" in promos.

I think Aishwarya ended up embarassing Bachchans (including herself and Abhi) more than doing anything to help Abhi.

He confided in her being his wife. But she made an issue of it.

It must feel bad that you don't get respect yourself and your father or wife have to speak up and "get you" respect. Others are then not respecting you but bowing down due to your more successful and influential relatives.

Over concerned family is also a reason why Abhishek increasingly has a loser or Mr. Silver Spoon image.

Aamir usually gets whole cast around...like he did during RDB. But he seems to have changed a bit after Ghajini and 3 Idiots. Maybe he wants D3 to be seen only as his comeback to mainstream cinema and assertion of his supremacy at top slot.

Why would Aamir play a second fiddle, when Aamir is a superstar,and they are NOT. The movie runs on Aamir starpower, not on Madhavan or Sharman.

The fact remains they played significant roles, you should see also TZP, where Aamir came after interval, let the little kid be the main hero.

Anyway Abhishek is a WUSS, has given so many flop as a lead hero, he is very lucky to be in BW all because of his father family name.

Lol...I dont know what some other people are trying to say..It was only Aamir who played a supporting character in TZP...but why would he keep playing side characters again and again? He is a superstar. Why wont he have the best character?Atleast in his movies other side characters play significant roles unlike movies of other superstars..Noone of superstar movies have songs with side characters. So I dont really get the point.

Yeah he becomes extra careful abt promotions but incase of Abhi its YRF who sidelined him not Aamir 😆...Kuch bhi to blame Aamir and prove that he is ''insecurity''? lol -_-...

Blue: When did I dispute that? I was replying to DB_Reloaded's post that Aamir lets others play significant roles than him, like in 3 Idiots, which I didn't agree with and stated the same and what you said is obvious.

Coming to TZP, he did not let the little kid be the main hero. The story was by Amole Gupte who wrote the story FOR the little kid. A story which he wrote for a period of seven years. And Prof. Nikumbh's role was written for Akshaye Khanna. And it was to be directed by Gupte. He developed the music, he was the one who took care of the entire pre-production. But of course, knowing how amazing the subject is, and how brilliantly it would transform on screen, Aaamir said Gupte is not good enough to direct the film and became the director himself to steal the credit. 👏 Poor Gupte. He is such a brilliant director (watch Stanley Ka Dabba - what I consider a better film than TZP).

And coming back to Abhishek, he might be a flop hero as you call him, but most of the hype about Dhoom 3 is because Dhoom the franchise, not because of Aamir or Katrina. And Abhishek is an intrinsic part of the franchise. Had he refused the film, it wouldn't even had been made. Anybody else could have done Aamir's role, and the film could have been made without him. But Abhishek? Absolutely not.
