If Kahaani, TDP didn't give him a reality check you think Bobby Jasoos will? 😆 I'm surprised he even had her on the show...well film promotions and being UTV's SRK's wife helps I guess.

People respect Vidya a lot in the industry but narrow minded folks like Karan never will because they cannot accept or understand how an "unglamorous nobody" can make it.

I don't understand why Karan dislikes Ranveer so much. I know he has his own gang and doesn't think much of people outside this gang, but ...still. Did Ranveer reject some Dharma film or simply not give Karan time of day? 😆

I don't think Ranveer was offered any Dharma films...there would have been some hint or mention of it if such was the case. In fact, I don't think Ranveer would ever intentionally or unintentionally 'not give Karan time of day' considering he's the 'in' guy and no up and comer can really afford to do that. Something else about Ranveer must have fallen out of line with him...maybe Ranveer's over-excitement, him not being 'cool' enough and stepping on people's toes in parties, or Karan's best buddies like Kareena/Ranbir not personally being biggest fans of the guy...who knows. I definitely feel that Ranveer's latest 'cautious about industry people/nepotism' interview was hinting towards this group and maybe that's just a hunch or delusion. Dunno.

I found Karan laughing at Sonakshi being a 'housewife' so mean for some reason too. He readily found that too funny 🤔

No it is not just outsider theory. ...he seems to really not like Ranveer. 😆 I think it's the unpolished, sadakchap-esque personality.

Vidya was a complete movie star in Parineeta. She carried that movie on her shoulders (with great help from Sanjay Dutt).

i completely second that...vidya is one actress who doesn't need a KHANS...RK...in her films...she can carry a film on her shoulder...providing she has a good script...and when it comes to script...she is excellent in it...

Possible. Combine the outsider theory and Karan's fixed idea about ideal Bollywood behaviour, and you get his dislike for Ranveer. 😆

It's okay though. Ranveer has a personality that you either like or hate. He himself says that. So no point in holding it against Karan. I, however, hold the outsider theory against him, and always will. People like Vidya, Nawaz, Irfan don't even exist for him. And that's just funny.

But that's why people like ranveer, because he isn't trying to change himself to cater for the 'polished' look that the industry wants him to be. He gets excited over the smallest things and tries to make people laugh my making fun of himself, this is something the elitist karan probably doesn't particularly like and who cares about that, atleast ranveer is real.

i don't understand why karan is obsessed with RanKat...Ranbir and Alia...he has been asking the same questions to his every guest in the show...even with Aamir-Kiran...what does they have do with RanKat...its annoying...why do they need wake up as RanKat...can't aamir wake up as salman...can't kiran wake up as juhi...

I love how she doesn't need to rely on certain connections to get her places, her films are not making 100 crores and she doesn't care because she knows she is starring in films that have substance and the critics and audience appluad her for.
