Just noticed.. he has shaved off his sideburns as well. That's the reason he isn't looking as good as Varun Srivastav, who was a clean shaven handsome guy.

Everyone hated the mooch and beard until they saw Ram-Leela trailer. I think we also have to understand that actors look different on screen as opposed to real life camera pics in the dark etc. 😆

Depending on the role he is playing he has to look the part. I wonder if he playing some sort of musician.

The only thing wrong with this look is the hair color.
