well how is deepika just sum1 today? she debuted the same year as RK and hav maintained her position just as well , infact now she is topping it which cant be said abt rk ..they just had their taste of success in different phases ...and Bollywood always has been a male dominated industry so RK will face competition whereas the actresses fade but I don't see how he is a level ahead of deepika if we ignore the whole hero heroine POV it doesn't matter what the forum thinks but besharam did enlighten how popular and a gr8 actor rk is 😆it was more of a reality check for him then anyone else no??

Deepika had a wayy better debut than Ranbir did, did she not? despite a not so amazing debut, Ranbir did really good for himself all these yrs..besides, Besharam does he really have anything negative in his resume? I can't think of anything...whereas, with Deepika it's a completely different story. Deepika was really not even rated as an actress prior to Cocktail. She pulled up her socks just recently and started getting recognition for her acting. I don't think it's fair to say Ranbir and her were on the same level because they weren't. I give Deepika credit for improving by sheer hard work etc, but one must be in denial if they think Deepika has always the best of the best from day 1.

Even the Khans have their flops..I don't think one awful movie should put Ranbir down. Hopefully it is a reality check for him and he realizes that he should stick to good scripts and he'll be fine...doing a masala film doesn't always work for everyone anyway..neither does it prove your acting skills as an actor. As someone said before, Besharam would've probably worked only if it had Salman Khan because such stuff is his forte, not Ranbir's.

Seems some think giving only expression is acting 😆, what about voice modulation while emoting. They should match.

Deepika is an average actor. She is not unbearable anymore like her previous films, but she's still not mindbogglingly amazing let me bow down to your greatness right now. 😆 Though what she's done is great. I don't want to take that away from her.

Yes her expressions has improved a lot and she did pretty good in her movies. Even though I have watched only CE and stopped the movie half way.

She still has to wow me.
