From reviews, so so far only Ayan Mukherji has come somewhat close to making a decent attempt at Karan Johar's brand of candy floss rom-coms. I guess that's an art in itself. 😆

I think Karan's brand of rom coms were good for his days. I like the new directors he has introduced. Ayan (WUPS) and Shakun (EMAET) made films way above Karan's brand. Those two movies went beyond the regular saas bahu drama com that Karan used to make.Sure they were no big hits...but so what? At least no loss! And YJHD made 100 cr and I heard that was good too!

IHLS in comparison to WUPS & EMAET was on the lower end but still good for what it was. It was a good attempt at mocking Karan's brand of rom com! Could have been much better but not bad. It also was a hit.

Gori Tere Pyaar Mein can also be a hit. 40cr budget. It seems like a profitable venture. It is not necessary for every movie to be 100cr to be called successful!

Maybe Karan is RTing random tweets to show that not only his filmi colleagues like the film (which could mean sucking up)...even random people like it!

Let's just wait and watch na. We have not even seen the film and we are deciding it's fate! I hope it is a hit!

Its just because Kiaraa Sandhu is known as a fake and Karan RTed him..but maybe he doesn't know..😆

Karan's directors can certainly go above and beyond what he can do, but many of them (Ayan, Punit) seem to be heavily inspired from Karan...and try to ape his style of filmmaking. YJHD was a KJo film through and through (that's why I said Ayan's the only one who's come somewhat close at making a decent KJo candyfloss film) ...

Anyways budget is medium sized so it should get to average mark at least.

I dont know why did BEBO sighn this . She should leave these films to younger ones like Sharadha.

IHL with all faults is a decent one time watch, but this is an epic disaster & does not give any interest through promos to catch it even online. Sad but true.
