She's with Kwan for a long time. check here Dunno about Imagesmiths... May be she has two PR firms working for her. One works for her movies, other for endorsements.

BTW, just noticed, Kwan is probably offering family pack to the celebs. They manage Shraddha & her brother, Ranbir & his parents, Shahid & his parents, DP and her dad & sis, probably secretly manage Ranveer too, AB Jr. & Sr. (Sr.'s one is still a secret. Reason for the secrecy could be he doesn't want to take panga with the previous one).

If Imagesmiths was behind Aishu Amma's Rs. 30 cr endorsement deal, I don't think she'll ditch them so soon.
