Swades. Always!

SRK's performance touched my heart...and for the first time since following his career (been doing that since he debuted in Fauji...), I felt that he had played a 'character' and not Shah Rukh Khan, the superstar!

A beautiful, poignant film with a superlative, understated performance.

Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa comes a close second, followed by Chak De India!

I love DDLJ too...not because he acted well in the film...but simply because he brought back romance to hindi cinema like no one before...he was, is and will always remain the best lover boy of the Indian Industry!
