Did she say she was raped? I missed that part ... I think there are a lot of cases when the rapist convinces the victim to think - its ok, it is love etc etc ... especially when the girl is an impressionable minor ... as to why she didn't object to that as an adult - who knows how much psychological damage can something like this cause ... you could end up with a distorted view of everything.

^^^ i agree with some of what you said but her stupid choices do not negate her legal rights. If you are not aware - the supreme court of our country has ruled that a live-in partner has all the rights/ claims of a married spouse.

And that is why they are going for a out of court settlement - because she does have a valid legal right on his money. and no doubt dimple and co would have been made aware of this by their lawyer


P.S: You run her over the coals for living in without marriage yet you ask why she did not give him children ? would dragging innocent children in murky situations make things better? having someone branded an illegitimate child in our orthodox society is good? ... thats strange
