Oh come on, BS!! It's just one flop, agree a big one at that if I may add. But the guy has potential & a great track record so far!! I am sure he has learnt his lesson & will be more careful next. This article is just crap journalism👎🏼

this was a bit harsh article and so what if the movie flopped..big deal..!! He has tried a lot of versatile characters in his career so far and one of them didnt work out...he does not have a series of flops...heck even in a bad script like Rockstar he shined out and won the best actor trophies everywhere so whom are we kidding by writing him off??

in fact in a way its good that it flopped otherwise how will he ever learn from mistakes??

He has a pretty good line-up next year and I am sure he will bounce back 😳

This journalist is either a RK hater or just want to malign him but calling it a fall of RK is just BS!

In a way he is lucky because unlike his gf he can't get away with anything.

If I was Ranbir Kapoor I would consider myself fortunate because not only does this compel me to pick good scripts but also diverse roles. He is very well known for his diverse roles. Have to give the guy credit for his acting plus his box office. Not many actors are fortunate to have both.

Give RK a big fat break, every actor in the world has to face faliure. RK is an amazing actor, I am sure he will bounce back with his next.

It was amusing in the beginning, but now the media is completely overdoing it!

One film flops and an actor who did close to half a dozen incredible films and pulled out the most unconventional roles in a span of just 5 years, is done with and finished?😕

Does this mean Ranbir Kapoor is even worse off than Abhishek Bachachan, who is still surviving in the industry despite not having given a single hit on his own merit till date?

This over-reaction to Besharam flopping and Ranbir's supposed downfall is completely over-rated! He does not deserve it! Ranbir is a fantastic actor, incredibly talented and has an amazing screen presence!

He made a completely unconventional film like Barfi work wonders...he pulled off a complex role like Rockstar with such ease...he played the conventional hero in YJHD with effortless charm...

In anycase, the bollywood industry is very tight knit...it will never let one of its own boys fail in this manner...especially, when he has the Kapoor name tag attached. If Abhishek and Uday Chopra can still manage to get films thanks to their second names, atleast Ranbir to his credit is a genuinly talented and successful star! So IMO, even if he keeps giving flops after flops for the next 5 years (which is not going to happen), he will still keep getting films!

PS: I think a lot of people rejoicing at Besharam flopping are only doing it because they don't like RK for his personal life...but that has no bearing on him as an actor or a star at all!

He should be done and finished, if someone like Vidya Balan, who is so talented can be written off after having a flop film, why not Ranbir?

The industry needs to be more neutral, Vidya failed with Ghanchakkar and now shes not even in the top3 ,but Ranbir fails but still is hailed. Ridiculous

If one flop of Ranbir's is considered the fall of his stardom, then all the actors in the industry are at their fall.

After a track record of Hits, one flop is not going to hurt him. Sure, it'll at least stop him from going for another movie of this genre- hopefully- because he is too fine of an actor to be doing a masala film.

I agree that the Industry is not just sexist but also plays a lot on nepotism. But that is something no one can change. I mean, it should be as you say, but it is not so.

Ranbir is not being hailed!😲 I don't even remember this sort of negative reaction towards any star when his last film failed! It looks like the whole world was just waiting for him to flop!😕

More fool if Vidya has indeed been written off! She is one of the best actors in this generation and she might not have Katrina or Deepika's fanatic fan-following, she has carved her own niche! With another film like Kahaani, she will be right back in action! Anyway, I don't think she is in that category of actors who believes or desires to be part of the rat race! Just my guess!
