The biological age gap is 17 years... in the movie it will be a bigger one...so what?

Not yet interested in the movie... at the moment, I've just a feeling of 'cashing in on Sridevi' - also after her death.

I saw Karishma Tanna in a flight few years back, she's stunning. Very tall also.

This was before her wedding.

She was n business class and her staff was n ecomomy in the front seat.. But she was standing n economy and talking to her staff most of the time.

What an absolute disgrace and insult to the legacy of Sridevi. At the time of release for the first Mom film, I remember reading about Sridevi's breakdown scene (when she sees her daughter in the hospital) and how it was going to be used to teach acting in a certain film school.

Flash forward to 2025, her daughter is headlining Mom 2 and has the acting talent of a crayon.

Also - correcting some misinformation. The film was a success and not a flop as some members falsely claimed in this topic Sridevi Hit Movies List | Sridevi Box Office Collection - Bollywood Hungama

This is more like ruining her legacy

Mom wasn't a flop, but the Indian net collection (about 38 cr against a budget of 35 cr) wasn't high enough to make the verdict a good one... it was the overseas collection (especially the Chinese one) that made Mom a successful movie.
