Buzz for Besharam?

Is it my imagination, or does it seem like this movie kinda lost it's hype/buzz?

I see people talking about Krissh 3, Ram Leela, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, but rare to see folks talking about Besharam.

Is it just me?

Maybe it is just me.. but I couldnt see any buzz build up for it in the first place..

There was hardly any buzz for Barfii. Everyone thought it would be a wash=out but look how well it did. Word of mouth appreciation carries more weight than pre-release buzz.

Yeah, that too, lol.

This movie is just not up Ranbir's territory. His fan base is largely multiplex audiences that supported him based on the fact that he did some really amazing projects in the past. I dont see that fan base supporting a film like Besharam.

He isnt a Salman Khan or Akshay Kumar to be able to pull something like this off, me thinks.

The music except for two songs
the promo was below par
Heroine is nothing special
And on this forum most people hate ranbir
so no buzz
that said
but anything can happen at Indian BO
CE, YJHD, Grand Masti enough examples this year

Barfi was also a very good film. It was that kinda movie that gets critics attention, you know.

I doubt critics would be too impressed with Besharam.

Lets see what happens.

The buzz is low...but still if rk is really a superstar he should easily manage to it give it a superhit status...it will be a test of his star power..

Buzz is low, but so was Grand Masti's ( or so I thought).. and look how well it did. Ranbir is a bigger star. I would be surprised if this doesn't pull through, even though I have no interest in it.
