I don't see Ayushman, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor going anywhere. They all are good, but they lack something. They don't have a star factor.

They might be around for a while, but they will never be a huge as Hrithik or a Khan.

Sushant will def be here for a while. He has to most hype from all the guys, and that kind of hype doesn't go away easily.

Varun will be the next Uday chopra except that he looks okay

Arjun will stay not because of his talent but do being Boney's son

Siddharth will stay , I see him becoming a superstar

Sushant will stay , he has a plus of royal fans from TV + he can act + he seems to have a good script choice

Ayushmaan won't

Among the girls , Shraddha will stay longer and Alia will be done in 2 years because I don't see highway being a hit nor can she act

Parineeti will stay.

As for the girls,

Alia Bhatt, I am not sure whats going to happen to her. She might be around for a while doing flowerpot roles and then suddenly have that one film that makes her a star.

Shraddha also, I am not sure where she is going. I don't see her singing a lot of movies...She has that movie with Imran-Kareena, where she is a supporting character...and then she has that item number and than that movie with Sidd.

Anushka, and Parineeti will for sure be around, they already have several movie offers and fan base

I think Imran Khan will keep sticking around like Shahid did or become an eternal sidekick like Abhishek. He looks good but has not improved one bit in acting! It's hard to believe he is Aamir's nephew!

Many have named Ayushmaan. While I think he has energetic screen presence, I agree it is tough for him to last long. His acting is not that great, and looks are not worth discussing. I doubt if he can be versatile..

Among females, I think Sonam Kapoor will never be huge. She'll only be this flowerpot PYT who was best said to have "improved" in sporadic films of her that did well. To me she is more like what Neelam was in 80s-90s. Cute etc. but not even huge as a flowerpot let alone a good actress. But thanks to her dad's name she will keep getting work. And mostly ARR's musicals will put some "success" in her kitty.

Vidyut Jamwal has no chance as main lead IMO. He might stay on as a villain.

Yami is not bad but will lose out due to lack of connections.

I feel Arjun Kapoor. I think he is a bit laid back in his approach towards stardom. Even though he acts well but doesn't seem hungry for fame or power like Ranbir/Ranveer. He doesn't have PR working overtime too. Ranveer's antics are so crazy and entertaining that he will always be in news even without having movies and can act well as seen in Lootera.

And Diana Penty. Again lacks the enthusiasm towards stardom. She is basically no where after her debut where she received accolades for her performance.
