She eats anything because she has a fast metabolism, but then she says she works out regularly to stay in shape...I'm confused..

I know several people, especially women, who have fast metabolisms. Lucky people they never need to work out to be in shape (and I hate them very much grr)

To have hot legs + abs you gotta workout even if you have fast metabolism.

Yeah, to build muscle you have to work out, but on my first read I sorta sensed she was saying "I'm in shape because of my high metabolic rate", hence my post. But now I don't sense that after re-reading it...so I guess I read it too quickly the first time.

I love how she said she eats everything but when the person ask her how she stays in shape she doesn't say oh because I was blessed with great genes like certain top actress use to say and probably still says that. That's so fake. Am glad Anuska is honest and says she exercises.
