I am shocked to read the insensitive commentary on her death. Someone passed away. Something major drove her to do what she did. Our brain is just a mix of chemical and electrical signals. Something goes amiss. Spur of the moment, you never know if you are carrying the meds in your hand. You just never know what depression can do to you. Mental illness is as real as heart disease and cancer. To dismiss it and her tragedy as an act of cowardice is ridiculous. May her soul rest in peace. If you have never had to call a suicide hotline, never had someone attempt to end their life, never had to hear the dreaded phonecall, never heard voices, never had those thoughts then, thank your stars because this can happen to anyone.

Kindly read the whole article with Editor's note as well. He suspected foul play coz a 12 year old child cannot do this. He did it at home BTW.

I did..but it is becoming very common in children now days ..every other kid is depressed..
what I meant is that counseling should be at every corner ...school and colleges r hot spot fr this

The 12 year old story broke my heart. So sad and unfortunate. :( I don't even know what to say or how to react. :/
