my entry.....

for me srk is not just an actor, he is a performer........, he has given so many shades in his acting with his roles in movie like baazigar, ddlj, dar, anjaam, duplicate, kuchkuch hota hai, kal ho na ho.............and his recent 1 bein kabhi alvida na kehna..........which deals with love who broke all relationships. he likes to pick not outstandin but yet unique characters, which become classic in our minds and hearts.who can forget....kkkkkkkkiran, or bade bade desho mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai......he deserver the award cause he has the ability to make a special place ......with his every role....in our hearts.

My vote goes to SRK and why.. well, I am in hurry rite now, so I will edit my post and type in my long answer😊

first of all i wud like to say great debate topic!

in my opinion shah rukh khan has the best chance of being the best actor of the year and getting the award for it as well. i believe that whenever shahrukh does a film he does it sincerely, not that other actors dont but the way shahrukh portrays his roles is different. he might have played raj and rahul in a couple of films but the way he has played them they have been unique and never repeated by anyone in the same way. this year he has two film coming up which both have diffrent themes.... kank is a film which i think has a totally new theme.... it does not have any idealistic lover boy in it... so one can not say its something that we have seen before.... hrithik, aamir and srk's film did not do well at the box office recently so all three have their own chances... sum of u said that hrithik's luks r different in his films... that does not have anything 2 do wid being the best actor.... a lot of actors experiment new luks... that doz not count on being called the best actor... krrish did not have any story really to it... it had extraordinary stunts to it that made it successful, cuz it was sumthing new.......aamir's films were okay but just cuz they did a lot of business u cant say that he iz the best actor of this year... cuz his films did a lot of business, it was not that the story was so unique and new. even though srk's films did not release i know that they will be unique, cuz watever srk doz it leaves a mark in our hearts no matter what.... and he is attempting sumthing extraordinary... so for me its srk all the way!!! sorry if its too long. 😳

there is only one winner in coveted catagory and that is aamir khan

he is a individual who defines clearly what a actor truly is.. he has the natural ability to morph from one character to another . he has versatility..changing his image in films time and time again..be it bhuvan of laagan or the hip looking dude with a goatee in dil chata hai both released in the same year. this year aamir has proved his versitality again, switching his image by growing his moustache and hair length to look like a mangal pandey and then within a few months changing to a youngster in rdb and poetic rehaan in fanna who has negative side to this character..which aamir makes you love to hate..

he truly is an actor who has charisma ( his simplicity in the chaand sifaarish song has made the a global hit-charting at number 1 all over) , style, personality and is one actor who has no fear to express views. he has stood on his own two feet and given two blockbusters this year... without doing gimmicks or getting involved with the media to promote the films.
aamir's own pulling power .. bringing audiences to the cinema has been proven this year by the sucess of fanaa after it was banned in various areas.

aamir has been able to break boundaries in bollywood.. dwelling into unexplored areas. he is the only actor who has been able to achieve success in hollywood by receiving an academy award nomination for lagaan and also receiving an international golden globe nomination for rdb this year.

year after year aamir has been able to maintain a strong position at the top in bollywood. aamir does not need any backing of "camps" ( karan johar or yash chopra for srk and rakesh roshan for hrithik) in bollywood to give him a blockbuster hit. aamir has guts and courage to be able to take roles which he believes will work through his instinct and belief. fanna and rdb are both fine examples of what huge risks he took. aamir justified 100% his role as teenage rebellion in rdb despite being a 40 year man in reality. also with tensions in india he courageously played the role of a kashmiri militant to the T. no other actor in bollywood has capacity to deliver these roles like aamir did. aamir has natural talent..he does not stick to one style of acting or have directors make films with the same character styles in every single film.

aamir has been paired with kajol in lead for first time in fanna and proved that what chemistry srk has had over many years with kajol.. aamir has been able to rival in his first film soo effortlessly..giving even srk a run for his money.

we can not shy away and must recognise what a mindblowing and gifted actor aamir khan really is .. giving two blockbusters hits back to back this year to continue his legacy of cinematic brilliance that he has delievered in the past

so my award this year goes to none other than aamir khan

Wow!! This one is difficult because all three are good and all three are having a good year!

However, my vote goes to King Khan! Why, because Shahrukh is a performer. He just gets so into character, it is totally believable. This year, we will see Shahrukh in two very different roles, ones he hasn't done before. In KANK, he plays a person with a disability who has an extra marital affair. In DON, it is an action packed role which pairs him with Priyanka Chopra for the first time. My point is, this year audiences are seeing Shahrukh in a different avatar which is exciting.

Aamir has been known to choose challenging roles and has proved he can do any role. With Hrithik, this year will kind of be repetitive for him, because in Krrish he had an action packed role and the same will be for Dhoom 2. I know he has a negative role but there is still similarities. That is why I chose Shahrukh, because in KANK and Don they are completely different. KANK is filled with romance, heartbreak, and drama while DON is action packed, with a fresh star cast!

ok da actor i fink will win best actor is ofcourse SRK because well hes jus da best n he has 2 realky good films cumin out lyk KANK n Don n im sure every1 wants 2 c dese films also lyk im sure he has done alot 4 his film Don lyk u can tell 4rm da tiltle dat its not a lovy romantic film it sounds lyk a hard action or thriller so im finkin he worked sooooo hard on his film also his look in KANK he does look yungs wid his hair n he looks healthy so dats nyc. and his actin in KANK the fact that he cant walk properly is another reason y he will win cause it shows dat he can act in different ways n people will acnoledege dis of him!! but i also fink dat Hritic n Amir done realy good n desreve sum awards 2 cause hritic did a realy good job in Krissh n so did Amir in Range ..... n Fanna!! but i fink SRK will win

i think the actor who stands a better chance to be THE BEST ACTOR OF THE YEAR is SRK, why? coz his 2 films are coming and that too after 1 year approximately

His film KANK is a much awaited film of this year, its Karan's latest film after K3G (as a director) and SRK performs really well in them, well he does in each film he chooses to act in, or shall we say Karan and SRK have gr8 chemistry/comfortability when it comes to Actor-Director relationship. He is playing again an emotional kinda character as he does in his earlier films BUT here he is playing a Married person and his emotions can be seen easily wen watching any of his movies.

His next film DON, re-make of Big B's super hit film of 70s/80s. The character itself demands a lot of energy and SRK has got all thats required. He is a BRILLIANT actor who is not just worried about his part int eh movie but the whole film.

His looks, do you want this post to be long and never ending???😳 The character he plays i dont know but somehow his facial expressions, eyes, reaction explains the character he is playing themselves. When he is angry his eyes say it all, and when he is happy his smile...

Acting, he has done different kind of roles but people still like calling him a lover boy. E.g. in Mohabbatien he did play a lover boy's role but it was much more than that, the character had a hope, some hatred towards his "Premika's" dad. K3G he played a son's role, well adopted, but he played it as if he is actually that person.

Also we all know the importance of songs in Hindi films and when picturising, he "sings" and acts with such a conviction that i dont think anyone can ever.

In acting, its not just about you playing ur part, it also includes, comfortability/conviction/believing in the role your playing/reaction to your co-stars while acting/dialogue delivery/chemistry/body language and SRK is a clear winner in all these.

I think Hirithik too stands a better chance not sure about Amir thou, i'm not attacking him or his fans but i think he plays his roles with perfection and most of the times perfection is boring, if everything would be perfect, how would you know what's good and what's imperfect. But i do think he is a good actor. He plays nearly the same kinda roles which are quite boring for most of Hindi film audiences, why becuase they want to watch something that they enjoy and go back home with a smile on their faces and SRK's films do bring smiles and tears in audiences' eyes.

mere khyal se best Actor is AMIR KHAN

kyuki ik baat toh unhone saabit ki hi aa ke he is da best .. year after year hum logo ne unki acting scale ko badte dekha hai... aur sabse badi baat hai ke unhone ek saal mein do aisi movies bollywood ko di hai jinmein unka character ek dam alag tha.

In Rang de Basanti.. he payed a 25 years old.. jab ke unki umar 40 ki hai... aur fir bi unhone ek younger ka kitna acha kiredaar nibaya hai.. unko dekh kar main daawe ke sath keh sakti hun ke hamaari youth sache main jaagi hai...ek sache deshbagat ka role itni bekhoobi ke sath nibaya hai.. really hats off to Amir Khan ji.

Doosri taraf aati hai Fanaa... jismeen woh ek lover hai.. apni kom ka rakhwala hai..terrorist hai...aur ek pita hai... itne shades unhone ek movi mein diye hai...

mere khyal se iss saal ke best hero ka award Amir khan ko milna chahiye 😃
