I don't think we have had a topic to discuss this subject. Usually, these movies are not award-winning or thought-provoking. A good example is Dhoom, Golmaal, etc. What movies don't require HUGE acting ability? Please share your thoughts. 😉

ok Salman's movies are crap but trust me NO ONE can play Chulbul Pandey like Salman.

But yeah, all Aki movies are total gross. Tharki ! 🤢

plz salman still acts ( mpk hahk hssh he acted really well he had expressions all perfect ) why is no one mentioning SOTY apart frm srk movies which kjo has made all othere like dostana soty actually requires wearning branded stuff and modelling ( even dances look so rehearsed gals and boys in real life dance better than those statues )

All films require acting. Period. As long as you are standing in front of the camera and have to inhabit a character, it's acting. Whether you are acting well or not is another reason.

So yes, a comedy like Golmal takes acting just as an action/thriller like Dhoom takes acting.

It's a sad reality that the awards and even the audiences seem to only appreciate highly dramatic, tear-jerking portrayal of autistics or blind people or prostitutes as great acting. Any other genre is not acting for them.

👏 very well said ! and who can define good acting , anyway ?? its very subjective, each to their own,some would like the dramatic roles, some will like the less loud ones! its personal choice of the audiences! & also the jury are badly biased towards handicapped roles for sure !
