Was ETT a hit or flop in Japan?

On March 7th, India introduced a new disease called ETT into Japan, hoping it would cause the same level of destruction and mayhem on its unsuspecting population as it did with its home residents.

But, was it successful?, upon its release, many articles were already declaring it a "hit" or "blockbuster", a Sallu fan could be forgiven for taking it as the gospel truth since the media never lies except when they have something negative against him.

However, coming back to the question - was it successful?, well one quick glance at the Japanese box office records since March 7th removes all doubt, it was a colossal flop.

So why did this happen?, why were the Japs immune to ETT when it caused an epidemic in the subcontinent? Well the scientific community are in an unanimous agreement, the World Health Organisation's official statement is that this disease thrives in countries where the average IQ of its population is around 80, which explains its diabolical success in the Indian subcontinent.

Well the headline doesn't quite reflect the boxoffice records, which were pitiful. It was so bad, it didn't even make it in the top 15 in any week.

The forum was flooded with articles that it was a BB in Japan a while ago. 😆
