nothing wrong in replacing him after the wait of 2yrs or so. but he could have told this to juhi. i m not sure if he felt bad / embarrassed to inform this to juhi or the businessman within him just took over.

Juhi is a very unhappy person right now...My heart breaks for her because she used to be such a lively and happy girl...I think she has frustration because of the situation she is going through with her siblings...I mean brother in coma and loss of a sister...man I can't even imagine her trauma...how does one cope up with such things😭...Some time back she had lashed out at the doctors of the hospital where her sister had died...Juhi is such a sweet person that I doubt under normal circumstances she would talk anything about Shahruk, Karishma or even the doctor/hospital...but she is very upset and sometimes blaming someone else does help...I hope she remains strong...

I don't think anyone would call a person and tell them on his face that he is fired from his job especially the person has been struggling with health issues for so long...He didn't have the guts to do that an it's for emotional reason and not because he didn't care for his friends...

Her husband also had a stake in Red Chillies...i never knew that...so maybe Shahrukh just assumed that she knew...but anyways there is no excuse for Shahrukh to pick the phone and call her and inform her...I still think that Shahrukh was scared of facing her...we don't know these people and what really went on...

And lets not forget that he waited for two years...Red Chillies is a big production house...a lot of people's careers and money is tied with RCE...so SRK had to take the tough decision at some point...

You'd think that would be the easiest thing in the world but I guess Juhi is old news to SRK now so he's indifferent to maintaining contact or good relations with her.

SRK didn't even go to meet or checkup on Bobby for a long time, did he? That hurt Juhi alot too.. remember reading that in one of her interviews posted here last year. It is very disappointing when one of your closest friends acts like that.

Juhi is going through a lot emotionally, her anger and frustration is very visible. though SRK should have called and informed her personally, but I remember how she once mentioned that he was not doing enough for Bobby, since then things are not well between these two. her husband owns a part of Red Chillis and KKR so I guess he should have been part of this management move.
