Ya it was sad....but the bitter truth is that no business can run on emotions alone...I am sure SRK was forced to take the decision because of Bobby's health...Bobby was so sick that he had to be hospitalized ...so someone taking over his job was inevitable...but I think Shahrukh should have told this personally to Juhi...but may be he didn't have the guts to so...Thats why they say that close family and friends shouldn't get involved in business or money matters...sooner or later it spoils the relationship...it happens even with the blood siblings...Ambanis ..remember?? Juhi is such a sweetheart...but I am a little bit disappointed at that statement about Karishma...but i am sure she didn't take a dig at her...it was just a statement she might have made in jest...

Nice interview. Very sad to hear about her brother. Tough business can not run with sentiment and emotions but SRK should have personally informed or talked with her before or at least after replacing his brother , she is very sensible person and I am sure she would have understand his problem and dilemma.

Juhi seems to be a bit bitter about the past and her present. I guess, that's also a phase that humans go through later in life when they reflect on their past mistakes and struggle with resentments. Plus, I think Juhi may have grown more sensitive because of all the emotional trauma she has been suffering from due to her brother's issue. Hope God gives her strength!

We have already discussed about her brother's replacement by Red Chillies. I don't think it was avoidable, and that's why SRK did take the decision after waiting for the long time he did. I can even imagine him not having enough courage to inform it to Juhi himself, that's why the new replacement was asked to personally inform Juhi instead.

I am not sure if he is to be blamed and for what?

This could've been a good solution to avoid the confusion Juhi feels right now.

She says she isn't clear if Venky (the replacement) informed her before he was officially appointed or afterwards.

When I read that her brother had been replaced as CEO, I just knew SRK wouldn't have personally told Juhi.

You know I feel for Juhi. Going through everything she has with her sister's death and her brother being in a coma for almost 3 years now is not easy. I hope her brother gets well soon.

I don't know why but I feel bad seeing how tumultuous the equation between Shahrukh and Juhi has become. Juhi seemed pretty upset last time as well when Shahrukh did not acknowledge her brother for something. It seems sustaining a friendship is the hardest thing in Bollywood, everyone seems to be dealing with their own share of problems and insecurities. And Juhi appears seems very sentimental about her brother, it seems to affect her a lot and I do hope he recovers soon.
