The constant bashing is so boring now.

Especially as she's proved herself more than once - makes all the haters look so stupid.

Time to appreciate her - I do now, and I couldn't stand her at first.

She's been nominated twice for Filmfare Best Actress! That's your proof.

Can I jsut add...she's very good as Item songs. Like Sheila, Chikni, Mashallah, Ishq Shava, etc.

This girl can really shake her hips. I know it doesn't come natural to her, but she totally works hard.

I really think she needs to do a dancing movie b/c she has this natural grace about her...if she can just tap into that and do a full on musical.

Lol nope. But I liked her in ZMND and MBKD, I felt like she actually had some personality and presence in both movies, but still nothing impressive acting wise. She still has time to prove herself though.

I agree, she's waaay better when she's performing. I love her item songs. She was good in Do Dhari Talwar too(from Mere Brother Ki Dulhan).

well, I mean she hasn't really proved herself, she has improved a bit but proving himself is when one goes from Andaz to Fashion or Barfi or Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon to a Chameli or a Omkara thats proving.

And filmfare and all these award shows have become a joke, its only to boost egos not really credible. i.e Raveena Tandon won a national award for an Amazing(when I mean amazing I mean amazing) in Daman for which she wasn't even nominated for Filmfare. Meenakshi was nominated for Damini but lost out to Juhi in HHRPK (W*F) . Deepika was nominated for Love Aaj Kal so was Kareena for 3 Idiots now tell me what amazing thing did they do in that movie, they both had 5 minute roles.

Also I don't understand this about how hard Katrina works, I'm sure she does but people make it sound as if all these other actors just sit around all they, they work hard too

she'll probably tell u noerwelf. she knows her limitations. she kniws shes pure entertainment and thats what shes banking on. Dancing and entertaining...and shes laughing ner way to the bank with little to no effort and criticism. She'll be praised to no end if she even delivers a good one liner, and this is after 10 years in the industry. what a shame.
