Production and distribution giant, Fox Star Studios' next production, BANG BANG, starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif will commence shoot in May 2013 and will release on May 1st, 2014.

BANG BANG will be directed by the very talented Siddharth Anand (BACHNA AE HASEENO, ANJAANA ANJAANI, SALAAM NAMASTE). Bringing together two of the hottest stars of tinsel town, the film will be shot across Europe, Far East and India and will feature spectacular stunt sequences, intense chemistry and edge of the seat excitement, as Hrithik and Katrina will scorch the silver screens in never before seen avatars.

The film's screenplay has been written by Sujoy Ghosh (KAHAANI) & Suresh Nair (SINGH IS KING, NAMASTE LONDON) and Abbas Tyrewala (JAANE TU YAA JAANE NA) has penned the dialogues.


BANG BANG is being seen as a strong move by Fox Star Studios, to step up its presence in the Indian film industry. The Studio has delivered five hits over the last few months in English, Hindi and Tamil, including the most recent success of JOLLY L.L.B..

Hrithik, Katrina off to Europe

Actors will soon leave for the shoot of their second film together; it's a remake of a Hollywood film


When the news broke about actors Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif working together on another project, (after Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara; 2011), much curiosity was generated. And now, we're told that the shooting for the film, titled Bang Bang, will finally begin at the end of this month.

A source reveals, "As soon as the makers announced the film, they started finalising locations. Shooting was supposed to have started by now; however, there were some issues with the dates." The source adds that the locations also changed, thus postponing the shoot further. "Initially, they were supposed to shoot in Kashmir but the production house did not get the necessary permissions. As they couldn't wait any longer (due to Hrithik and Katrina's tight schedules), they changed the location to Europe."

Apparently, the schedule will be 40 days long and the actors have undergone physical training to get fitter for their roles. The source says, "Hrithik has been spending a lot of time working on his body. Katrina too has taken up strenuous workout sessions. The movie is an action-thriller, so they both have to look the part."

Finally the shooting will start just cant wait for this film iam sure hrithik and kat gona burn the screen 😉 and 2014 will be hrithik year bang banf in may and Shuddhi in Diwali who wants more 👏

the hottest and most beautiful couple of indian cinema doing a movie together again yay.

I loved Knight and Day it was fun but this movie won't be like knight and day it will just be inspired by the theme of that movie.

Can't wait for the action scenes, it will be first time in indian cinema that we would get as good action scenes as hollywood and it will not be like cars flying etc. they will use guns etc.

they indeed will, they the most hottest and good looking pair ever. Also it's the best dancer male and female who are uniting and in znmd that couldn't be shown but it will in bang bang so excited :D

I hope they shoot in north europe :D
