Nah, I felt he lost the real drive for this once his brother was dead. I suspect this was his brother's "war" and he was his brother's "brother"

From everything said I don't think he really was invested in this much beyond that, and these news people who keep going on about how he,

"...put a bomb down next to kids..." are just trying to incite emotions and get people to watch their crap.

He put the bomb DOWN. He didn't even probably even THINK of exactly who would stand next to it or what their age would be!

He was doing his bit to help his brother's cause, not intentionally targeting little kids for frack sake.

I mean be fair and HONEST if you want me to believe what you're selling.

YES, the kid was wrong...but not quite as intentionally EVIL as they try to make him sound to excite emotions and a desire to keep watching their channel.

I respect and truly happy abt the way all officials act. Thats what u do always . U should be ready to shut down entire conutnry and act fully if u want to protect ur people.

Good example for all other nations inlcuding India.

i dnt know what ur talling abt. He is not a kid, he is an adult. Crime is a crime.

This is the same way some people thought about the 17 + old minor who was involved in Delhi gang rape..Please dont side with the wrong ones.

Adult by the legal definition Is NOT the same as mental adult. Depending upon a person's role in their family, cultural background, exposure to the wider world, various people of 19 can be WILDLY divergent in maturity levels.

Consider how most Americans who are expected to be "independent" and "cut the apron strings" at 18 and live on their own would think of most Indian kids who live at home, as the kids, until they are married...whenever that may be!

And Indian kids are raised to think sensibly about school and family and securing a good career while American kids of the same age can be hopelessly silly, childish and self-indulgent.

In my American culture people who live at home past 18 are hopelessly immature and childish (I don't feel that way personally, but by the standard view of what an American person is supposed to be at the age of 18 they would be)

One size fits all does NOT really fit ALL.

So yes, for legal purposes he's considered an adult, but studies have recently been done to show that the average male (don't know about female) brain isn't fully developed to its full potential until age 22!!!

Anyway, with all of that, and the fact that his parents were in Russia and he was obviously closest to his brother as a quasi-parental figure in this country I DO feel there are circumstances to be looked at in this situation.

I don't "side" with anyone. I'm not playing dodge ball in the schoolyard NOR am I trying to show the "cool" or "good" side that I am ONE OF THEM.

As an old woman of 50 you can't convince me that a 19 year old has half the life experience of an older adult and you can't just lump everyone over the age of 18 into the same pile.

I'm hopelessly lacking in experience compared to some of your grandmothers. I just haven't gone through what they have. This young man is hardly at the stage your fathers are of making decisions based upon sound reasoning. How could he be...but because he's over 18 he's considered to be their EQUAL???? No way!

Ask your dad if you don't believe me.

There are so many variables and in this case I do think there is more than meets the eye.

I've never been an immigrant so I can't imagine what the elder brother was going through but he sure as hell didn't handle it with maturity and good sense or this hideous thing never would have happened.

And I do think the news people should just report the news. The conclusions we draw from the actions will be sound. We don't need them to TELL us what to think. They aren't here to whip up a street mob to run around with torches and pitchforks so that bored and frustrated losers can feel they have some control over their environment by killing or spewing hatred about someone it's safe to hate.

That's what we decry about OTHER countries so we shouldn't stoop to it.
