I'd loved so many David Dhawan movies but Priyadarshan's hera pheri - loved the movie like anything <3 so yeah I voted for Priyadarshan

Priyadarshan all the way...

and also he is not just a comedy director...he has directed various genres in malayalam...

his 2008 movie Kanchivaram..won a nation alward...for best film..and also Prakash Raj got best actor...brilliant movie !!

Dawid Dhawan always relied on Actors antics than creating situations ..which Priyarshan does...some sequences in Garam Masala are just nuts..

david dhawan comedies are very OTT suites on govinda!!!! bt priyadarshan made very good comedies with hilarious dialogues and screenplay
