The bottom line is he will buy his freedom; so all this hoopla will have no real negative repercussions for him. If he is guilty, I don't know much about this case I just remember he was accused of a hit and run whilst drunk and I do believe it's true because in 02 he didn't have the best reputation its very viable that he got drunk and knocked someone over. Anyway if it is true he should go down, why should the victims family be refused justice just because the perpetrator was a famous actor loved by millions? If that was your brother/sister/mum/dad/aunt/uncle who was killed would you still be saying 'Salman's innocent', 'Salman can't got to jail', etc etc?

If he's found guilty he deserves punishment.
But like I said, it's India - if he is guilty he'll just pay for a 'not guilty' verdict.
