i didnt see this tread so commented on the newer one but dont think madhuri is comfortable or will show skin and do raunchy dance moves at this age. im hoping it will be a good dance number. ...if its true

What is the big deal if Madhuri does an item number? When it comes to dancing Madhuri, Sri, Helen are considered the best even today. And an item number in a Dharma movie with Ranbir Kapoor sounds pretty good to me. I just hope the lyrics are better than Chikni Chameli.

never understood the hype around this lady. Sridevi is much more talented than her. Sridevi gave fantastic performances and can adapt characters so well. She is so amazing but she never got the recognition like Madhuri got. Madhuri can only do indian dance she sucks when it comes to western dancing. Also she is not that pretty which people say and she hasn't done diverse roles either.

For whatever she is. She will cane Katrina in anything but cheap media stunts and vulgarity.

Madhuri is gazzilion times better than that trash.

So just don't go on claiming Madz can't do western. If you have seen most Bollywood films you'd know. Go watch Que Sara sara. She'd waste that trashy Kat anyday

People, do we know if the item song is going to be a Chikni Chameli or more like a Key Sara Sara. To say that Madhuri cannot do western dance one only need to see Key Sara Sara or even Dil Toh Pagal Hai.

I am not a Madhuri fan (in fact, I don't like her much!) . I think she is overrated as an actress of her time. When she got better as an actress she quit. But to say she isn't pretty or can't dance- please!

Ranbir has a crush on Madhuri...this is a dream come true for him...and it's pretty cool for Madhuri to dance with a cute looking young hero who fancies her! Why is that sad?

I think this is pretty exciting...I am hoping for a nice song with some good moves...definitely not some raunchy number! Aamir did item song for Delhi Belly which was not raunchy! I think they can do a lot with this item song since both RK and Madhuri can move!
