issue isnt that it's a song with Ranbir, someone much younger but it's the fact that Madhuri came back from the US and is doing insignificant crap like judging JDJ, cooking shows, dancing at award shows, random songs. etc!

Madhuri just seems desperate!

As i said,that's the ugly truth of a bollywood heroine yaar.😭I really feel bad for her.She just wants to keep herself busy.She might not be desperate for money as she has already earned enough money.It's just that she wants to work,that's all.Nobody is offering her movies opposite her previous costars,in fact her previous costars prefer a 20 something girl rather than her.So what can she do?She has no other choice except for accepting whatever she gets to keep herself busy.Or else she just has to sit at home.

I agree! People have given her so much success and praise, and now its time for her to preserve that good image and return to USA and be remembered as the grace of Bollywood. By doing an item song , she will be known as the cheap and desperate girl

There was a time when female oriented movies were never successful.Nobody would go and watch a female oriented movie no matter how good it was but now i guess the times are changing.People have started watching and liking female oriented movies and that's why films like TDP,Kahani and EV become successful.I just hope more and more such movies are made where the whole movie revolves around the female protagonist and she is shown as a strong and matured woman like Vidya and Sridevi's characters in kahani and EV respectively.I hope actresses like Rani,Preity,Tabu,Madhuri,Juhi are given such roles so that they no more have to judge idiotic reality shows and do item numbers in movies.

Remember what her nickname was...it was the Dhak dhak girl...and Sridevi's was thunder thighs...they all have done their part of boob and ass shaking😆...

But I wouldn't mind her doing a classy song...she is an excellent dancer...Did she came all the way to india uprooting her husband and kids...to do this...

...Madhuri has a reputation to protect and she should take care of that...

Nothing wrong with an older woman doing an item song. Even Rekha did one in Parineeta.

But, Madhuri just comes across as desperate as if she is dying for that same attention she used to get when she was younger. Plus item songs are not really "classy". So I think it will def hamper her repution.

Its not the same for 45- year old men dancing with 20 years old. Those 45 year old men are not being lusted after or are not being protrayed as objects of desire.

Item numbers in a way degrade women and objectifiy them...thats why people are not too happy about Madhuri's decision. The truth of the matter is age does have a lot to do with it. Thats why Katrina and Kareena are doing songs like Chikni Chameli and Fevicol...because people do not want to see Madhuri or Sridevi doing that. There is a time for everything.

Who knows what kind of a song it is, how are the dance steps etc. etc. Madhuri is a terrific dance and extremely graceful...so yeah at least wait before passing judgments...and I don't understand how doing a song and judging JDJ is ruining her reputation 😕
