I never understood why Lady Gaga was so popular! She's hideous and her music is no great shakes either! 🤢

On topic, I've never liked Priyanka Chopra at all either as model, beauty pageant winner, actor or now singer. But I admire her for her ambition, her determination and drive to make her own identity, diversify and be something more than just an actress. As actress also she opted for strong and bold roles instead of being limited to being a petite, girly girl. That's nice.

I don't mean to compare but there were some actresses who're insanely successful yet rarely tried to diversify or be something more than a beauty/ girl next door. All their achievements were limited to one arena and later they became trophy wives.

I appreciate when females try to accomplish more. It's a positive change. Madhuri had also tried it - did TV, activism, launched her own line of cosmetics in association with Emami...most of these ventures didn't succeed but her hunger to accomplish more and her ambitious spirit is what I admire a lot.

Women get satisfied too easily or give up too soon thinking they've achieved enough, instead of trying to expand their significance. Examples of PC, Madhuri, Sushmita, Hema Malini, Waheeda Rehman, Asha Parekh, Asha Bhosle are great and more because they attempted everything on their own, rather than relying on money from rich husband/boyfriend/father.

yeah...Gaga for all her ecentricity is Talented...and a good person !!!! Amount of money she donates to charity is crazy insane...and inspiration for the all outcasts by this "normal " world for anything and anybody that are "different " !!

Bollywood Actors give a lot of money for charity , but they never receive appreciation, because they do not give money for popularity. They give money because they want to help the less fortunate. I can say for sure that SRK and Aishwariya Rai contribute a lot to charity work and give a lot of money for charity.

I don't enjoy Lady Gaga's music nor her fashion sense but there are people who do so otherwise she won't be a world renown musician at present. Anyways on topic, I'm yet to enjoy a track by PC. Yes she can sing though
