My list:
- Hero/heroine's hair suddenly flying (even if there's no wind blowing) when they 'sense' each other or are in love
- Aamir's preachy monologues in issue based films
- SRK's outstretched arms and romantic avatar (bahut hua yaar!)
- Songs on chudi, paayal, kangan, dupatta
- Salman fiddling with his clothes in name of dance
- Baap ka badla, maa ka badla, behen ka badla, bhai ka badla
- Katrina playing NRI/foreign-return/Christian in every film
- Hero gaping at heroine if she wears sari
- Heroine's dupatta or pallu stuck to hero's watch/door or anywhere else and hero helping her get it "unstuck"
- Heroine suddenly falling (even if walking normally) and hero saving her holding her in his arms. (TV serials also repeat such scenes to death! It's a foolish scene re-created far too often!)
- Marrying someone else but thinking of someone else
-Item songs from nowhere
- Special appearances from stars even if not required
- Re-creating moments from iconic films (Raj Kapoor-Nargis under umbrella has been emulated far too many times!)
