Abhishek's Stunt
Abhishek's leap off an 80-feet cliff in his film Raavan got him rave reviews. The actor even stated in an interview that, "Though director Mani Ratnam opposed it, I went ahead."

Fact ?: Diving champion M S Balram says he was the one who leapt from an 80-foot cliff for the film's opening scene. In an interview with a leading Bangalore tabloid he said, "I don't want any publicity, nor do I want to create any controversy since I am a great fan of the Bachchans. But it is true that I performed this thrilling stunt for Abhishek and was paid for it. I feel proud to have done this stunt."

A swimming coach, Balram, who was offered the chance to be Abhi's stunt double, states, "I joined the shooting team and went to Hogenakkal, where the stunt was performed. A special team surveyed the diving point and gave the green signal. The place was full of rocks, even under water. Then I did a test dive in front of the team. I was selected to perform the stunt. I did several dry runs before it was actually shot on the morning of December 19, 2008."

Apparently Balram's statement has been corroborated by senior members of Mani Ratnam's unit. At the time of writing, Abhishek has not responded to any of these statements.

Fact ?:Sources have stated that Amitabh Bachchan's unchanging hairstyle is apparently owed to a talented wig maker who makes sure that Big B never has a hair out of place. Big B himself ensures that he never puts a foot wrong in this regard. Though there have been a few exceptions.

Masala says: Nothing wrong with wanting to keep your hair on, but why the secrecy?

PC's Nose
She is a Miss World who has gone on to conquer Bollywood. She then went on to win the National Award for Best Actress for her stunning performance in Fashion.

Fact ?:According to sources, all is not what it seems as far as secretive Miss Chopra goes. Not only does she believe in hiding her relationships, she also believes in being silent about her obvious nose job.

Masala says: Guess she has developed a nose for success!

Shahid's Bottom
Shahid Kapoor has muscles that bulge and boggle. He may not be the tallest man in the room, but he is known for his great body.

Fact ?:According to insiders on his film sets, while Shahid has biceps to die for, apparently he is seriously let down flat by his derriere! So the man uses separate mirdles (male girdles for those who are wondering), better known as butt pads!

Masala says: Ummm… additional ass-ets! We are too embarrassed to comment on this one.

SRK's six-pack
When Shah Rukh Khan flicked open the buttons of his shirt and grooved to the Dard-E-Disco soundtrack, a whole new generation of fans fell for his charisma and his six-pack abs! No one had expected SRK to achieve those ripped muscles in such a short time.

Fact ?:Body builders and gym enthusiasts have gone for the jugular stating that it is impossible to achieve this kind of muscle definition in as short a time as what SRK had on hand. Some have stated that these muscles were achieved with some deft airbrushing, while others claim that it was achieved due to a few laser body sculpting sessions.

Masala says: Airbrushed, lasered or earned the hard way – we are loving SRK's ripped muscles.

Kangna Ranaut's All-New Look
When she returned from a trip to Europe with noticeably fuller lips, she pooh-poohed off claims of a lip job by stating that she'd had an allergic reaction to prawns. And now she is laughing off talks of breast implants by stating that her fuller figure is due to her having gained seven kilos.

Fact ?:Allergic reactions to prawns can cause swelling of the lips but the effects have never been known to last for more than a couple of days. Kangna's alleged allergic reaction has been going on for a few months now! As for the seven kilos, Kangna, we suppose, has a unique body structure as most of the weight has gone to one specific part of her body.

Masala says: Wish our seven kilos were gained in such a perfectly-planned and beautiful manner!

PC and her nose job is the most famous one. It's funny how she was being quite snarky in KWK about other celebrities who use such surgeries. Such double standards 🥱

SRK ruined himself with that stupid 6 pack jazz. That was lame gimmick by Farah Khan which was humourous rather than anything else. In fact this airbrushing bit was showin in the making of Dard-e-diso number of MHN so I don't think it's a secret at all

Kangna's surgery did wonders to her face. Before her eyebrows were so thin and her nose looked more predominant. She looks amazing now! I dunno why people don't fess up. You did it. We're not blind. Nose, boobs, lips, whatever it is. We can see!
