what great discussions going here... am really sad I missed it all.. I had my Internet cut since Monday 😭

seriously I was going through Internet withdrawal... I can't believe how addicted I am to the Internet.

so many great things have said on this topic... I don't know where to start lol... I have to go back and read the pages again... things that could happen when you miss a week of IF :(

One thing I want to say though is that I don't think she's insecure. Following others sucess doesn't make her insecure. She just wants to be sucessful just like every star. Even Vidya mentions how she wants to work with Sallu and srk. Does that make her insecure because she wants to work with the khans? Doesnt that mean shes following what bebo and kat are doing?

Look at Rani's Aiyya.. item numbers, TDP hangover, does that mean she's insecure too? No.. at the end of the day they just want their films and songs to work.

Kareena has been doing item numbers before kat even came to the industry.. it's rocking, yeh mera DIil.. don't think her halkat jawani is her trying to out do CC or what not.. halkat jawani was a way to bring the item number fans in theaters to watch Heroine.. its a Bollywood thing.. a lot of movies have item numbers

She also been doing commercial films and off beat films way before Vidya and PC came to the industry.. chameli, yuva, K3G ect

I think some of us are being unfair to bebo.. me included. She's an actor.. her job is to be the best.. and the way she can do that is by challenging her contemporaries.. and the way she can do that is do commercial films to be known as a top heroine.. and do films like Heroine to prove she can act and give tough competition to Vidya and PC.

My problem with her is not even her following other actors success (which can be debatable ..) my BIGGEST problem with her is that she chooses to be part of shitty films.. that is a fact that her films are bad.. but her doing heroine because of TDP can't be a fact because we really don't know why she did heroine. Only bebo knows that.. we can only speculate. I think she did Heroine to win awards.

see for me heroine was a let down and I have my list of reasons no good execution was done. I felt I liked her more in a ra one or a bodyguard or even EMAET reasons being I felt she was natural and she is at her best when she is natural in heroine I saw to much of nothing basically . TDP was a good movie and vidya made it fun to watch. when you watch heroine there is no excitement that builds as a audience while watching the film I predicted what was to happen next scene to scene..and honestly thats not what audience like to do. we like to keep guessing so the climax becomes powerpacked. She really needs to speak her reasons for choosing a wrong subject cause she cannot afford any more mistakes in her career.
