Recently there is a trend on IF to accuse Kareena for being greedy to do only big banner movies alongwith just superstars without thinking about her role or anything...

I am not a Kareena fan, but her I like to write something against these accusations on her

Kareena at the start of her career, did films like

1. Mujhe kuch kehna hai, alongwith nonstar Tushaar, and film got hit due to Kareena

2. She did a CHAMELI alongwith nonstar Rahul Bose and got extreme praises for her acting

3. She did a very string mighty role opposite to Shahrukh Khan at the start of her career

4. she did DEV a kind of offbeat movie that too opposite Fardeen a nonstar and received praised for her performance

5. She did JWM alongwith shahid who was anyways lesser popular than her, and got maximum credit for her performance

6. She has done a second fiddle role opposite to Rani Mukkherji in MDK when she was goind very strong career vice

if she was not Insecure at the start and mid of her career, than how come she an be insecure at the peak of her career ? and every actress openly says that they want to be in Aamir and other khans' movies. Atleast she had a better role in ra1 and good role in BG unlike other actresses who r just showpieces in Khan's movie with next to nothing screen time.

Kareena had proven herself as a performer by acting alongwith nonstars at the start of her career, now she is a big name than why should she choose small budgeted offbeat or non-starrer movies being an a lister?

and we cannot count Heroine here as Kareena is anyday a bigger name than Madhur Bhndarkar, also there was no star in Heroine except Kareena... so the allegations against Kareena being greedy only for big banners and big stars is rubbish.

If we can accuse someone for this we should be doing this to Deepika, Sonam and Katrina who only played plastic roles opposite big stars and in big banners' movies only will date.

She's just doing her job at the end of the day right? I mean you can't really blame her working with big banners cuz that is a big bonus considering the field she works in

I don't think so.. infect her career was never downhill as far as I remember.. hits or flops her popularity was always on good levels.

In Chameli days too she was very popular after hits like K3g and Mujhe kuch kehna hai, especially the last one in which she was the central character.
Infect as she said many were telling her not to do that movie Chameli specially her family was not happy with her role in the movie, but she has done it only bcoz of powerful characterization...despite it was a very small budgeted film with no star in it at all except herself.
