Vidya is not a superstar kareena fit the role too bad the script was not good enough to work

the film was anyways flop written all over it..
no actress would be the saving grace for such film...

I believe if Madhur made film on 'Hero' ...then we might have seen some good stories 😆 'heroine' is too predictable...

Instead Vidya, think Aishwarya Rai who was previously approached to. If she was as a Heroine in movie, would movie have grossed hefty amount then?

As about Vidya, i don't think she would have been better as Heroine than Kareena. To have essayed role, a glamorous actress was required and we know who is more glamorous of Kareena and Vidya: Kareena. If movie did not well, there is no Kareena Fault. There is fault of its script that was not substantial.

I dont think vidya would like to do same role again and again. And after watching promos of heroin it is looking like TDP. But yes agree that vidya's screen presence is strong. If any director wish to make film with strong role of actress than vidya should be the first choice.

And madhur should think beyond life of entertainment world. Fashion was enough to represent the glamour world than y heroin?

BTW aish was first choice for this role. Lucky she is saved from one more poor film.

and its not like Vidya is better at boxoffice pull.. she's just smarter than bebo when choosing her roles and films. Would TDP and khaani done well if the script was bad and word of mouth was bad? I don't think so. If Vidya was in Heroine, I don't think it would have made a difference boxoffice wise. Heroine trailer was bad compared to khaani and TDP. Many ppl on this forum said it reminds them of fashion and TDP.

yesterday we were saying PC is a flop actress.. look at how well barfi is doing... what am trying to say.. other than the khans... an actress's film can only work if the script is good
