Of all the people who watched the film, not one person agrees with that.

Kareena said "Karisma cried after watching the film" - Now I know why.

I was never impressed with the trailor of Heroine..Kareena's mannerisms, expressions etc. looked so fake..the dialogues also in the trailor were not witty and lacked any punch!! As for Kareena..as PCsaid you should never take her seriously 😆 with her tall claims, I still knew that this would not be Madhur's best film and Kareena's best performance! I have never connected with Kareena's acting..for me she is more of a star than a good actress!!

Heroine had a pretty good first day with collections around 7 crore nett as per early estimates. The film has more than doubled the collections of any film where the only star is the female lead but it also had a very wide release.

The film collected better than Barfi! at mass centres but multiplex collections were 20-25% lower with premium multiplexes being much lower.

The film has mixed reports but should mange to show growth on Saturday especially at premium multiplexes. The multiplex collections were also affected by Barfi! as that film has huge appreciation amongst the multiplex audience and the audience was divided at multiplexes.

problem with kareena which can rather be embarrassing is her big mouth

This is not the first time she has faced this. I remember her numerous quotes on sanjana, the never seen before bubbly character from MPKDH and we know what happened there. She even did the same with khushi.

All she had to do was keep it low, the movie was already high on news with all the aish controversy etc, she should have kept quiet. All those quotes and over confidence in her and especially madhur back fired big time, they raised expectations to another level all together

I knew heroine would be trashed to some extent, but the amount of bad reviews have surpassed my expectations.

When i saw fashion's or TDP's trailer i was keen to see the movies as they had something shocking and something new in the trailers themselves yet their female leads remained quiet till the release just to keep the hype low. They got hyped up after the praises they received and all, here the case has been different and its rather sad!

So the fact that Barfi's still doing high and mighty, the fact that people already assumed Heroine is another Fashion/TDP, the fact that its Ganpati celebrations, and the fact that the negative feedback of the film instantly spreads nowaday has NO IMPACT on the boxoffice.

If the film's gotten a 7 crore opening, its Kareena.

TDP atleast has EMRAN HASHMI, who believe it or not, is a HUGE star in single screens. The man's given so many hits, but man oh man, people just dont give him any credit. Naseerudin Shah is also such a huge name. On top of that TDP was a fresh concept.

Heroine, which male lead can you say sells in single screens?

Arjun? Randeep?

Heroine ONLY had Kareena, and has opened up higher than all female heroine centric films. TDP still had Emran Hashmi. You cannot, cannot disregard that.
